Joel Lee Smith, son of Lee & Dee Smith passed away on May 13, 2017 at the age of 37. Joel was born in Orlando, Florida on March 5, 1980, the eldest son of Lee and Dee.
Joel was an avid fisherman and his favorite place to be was on the water. He and his younger brother, Rawl, spent many of their days together on the Suwanee River.
He is survived by, Dee & Lee Smith of Live Oak Florida; brother, Rawl Smith of Jacksonville; girlfriend, Jennifer Carroll and daughter Irie Jane Smith of Kissimmee, Florida.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
