Martha Carranza, 86 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away Friday, July 28, 2017 at home with her family by her side. She was born in El Progreso, Guatemala and moved to Kissimmee in 2002 from Miami, Florida. She was a retired school teacher and attended the First Christian Church of Kissimmee.

Martha is survived by her loving husband, Jose Carranza of Kissimmee, Florida; 3 daughters: Ninette Carranza of Kissimmee, Florida, Shirley Matthews (Phillip) of Kissimmee, Florida, and Jeannie Schoenfeld (Mark) of Cooper City, Florida; sister: Josephine Kapp of Statesville, North Carolina; 3 grandchildren: Joshua Baines (Katie), Matthew Baines (Jane) and Gina Schoenfeld; and 1 great grandchild on the way.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Andres and Josefa Marroquin Aguilar and her daughter Mayra.

A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Martinez officiating.
