    We care about you and your family. Our staff of professional funeral directors have years of experience compassionately caring for families at the most difficult time of their lives. Our goal is to assist the family in their selection of a fitting tribute to their loved one. We offer families the choice of earth burial, cremation, aboveground entombment and other memorial options that meet the family's needs.   • C. Michael Relyea
    C. Michael Relyea, Managing Partner/Funeral Director

    Michael has been a licensed funeral director in the State of Florida for 30 years. He is a graduate of Oklahoma City University with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelors degree in Mortuary Science. Michael had been a resident of Central Florida since 1975 and a resident of Kissimmee since 2003. His hobbies include golf and fishing. Michael is a member of the Kissimmee West Rotary Club, Masons, Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce and the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce and attends St. John's Episcopal Church, Kissimmee.
    Michael understands the importance of honoring and celebrating the life of a loved one. "Every person is unique and funeral services should reflect those unique qualities which make you who you are. My goal is to assist the families we serve by helping them create a unique service where family and friends can gather and remember their loved ones life." We want to encourage the families we serve to personalize the service by sharing photographs, personalized videos, special music selections, personal items that reflect on the life of their loved one, personalized printed materials or anything that will help them reflect on their loved one's unique life.

  • William R. Cool
    William R. Cool, Funeral Director

    William R. "Bill" Cool was born in Alliance, Ohio and moved to Osceola County in 1947. He grew up in St. Cloud, FL, graduated from St. Cloud High School and moved to Kissimmee in 1977. Bill has been employed at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home since August 1977. Bill is a 1967 graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science. He has been a licensed funeral director in the State of Florida since 1967. Over the years bill has served on the Kissimmee Planning Advisory Board, Kissimmee Airport Advisory Board, Kissimmee Parks and Recreation Board, Past president of the Kiwanis Club of Kissimmee, Past President of the American Cancer Society, Osceola County Unit, served as Past Vice President of Community Betterment Committee for the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce.
    Bill has two children, three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Bill enjoys hunting, fishing, and is an avid Seminole football Fan. Bill is an active member of the Kissimme/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce, St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce and the Kissimmee Kiwanis Club.

  • Roger C. Thompson
    Roger C. Thompson, Funeral Director

    Born in Dayton, Ohio, Roger moved to St. Cloud, FL with his family in 1947. He graduated from St. Cloud High School in 1960 where he lettered in football, baseball and basketball. He attended Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville, GA. He began his career in funeral service while a senior in high school and was a 1964 honor graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science. Roger became a partner with Coy Conrad in 1967 after purchasing the Riedel Funeral Home and changing the name to Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home. Roger has played an important role in Osceola County and especially in Kissimmee. He is the past president of the Kissimmee-St. Cloud Jaycee's, a life member of the Jaycee International Senate and was named the Outstanding Young Man of Osceola County in 1973. He is a past president of the Kissimmee Rotary Club and was named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International. Roger is a member of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, a past vice president of the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce and was named their Small Business Person of the Year in 1991. He is also an active member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church where he serves as a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Knights of Colmbus. Roger has also served as a board member of the Osceola Retired Senior Volunteer Program, Widowed Persons Services, Osceola Unit of the American Cancer Society and Walt Disney Community Servies Awards.
    Roger was married to his wife Jean Schneider in 1964 and they have two daughters, Cynthia and Cheryl who graduated form Osceola High School. Roger is also the proud grandfather of three grandchildren.

  • Edward C. "Babe" Grissom III
    Edward C. "Babe" Grissom III, Funeral Director

    Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home welcomed Edward C. “Babe” Grissom III to its staff on June 1, 2010. “Babe” is the former co-owner and general manager of Grissom Funeral Home in Kissimmee. He is a third generation funeral director with 41 years of experience in the Kissimmee/St. Cloud area. “Babe” is the grandson of Edward C. Grissom Sr. and Katherine B. Grissom, founders of the Grissom Funeral Home and Crematory in Kissimmee in 1926. “Babe” is serving Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home in the capacity of Consultant Funeral Director where he will meet with families on an at-need basis as well as take care of your pre-arrangement needs. He has been active in the Kissimmee/St. Cloud community as a member of the First Baptist Church of Kissimmee, Orange Blossom Lodge # 80, F.&A.M., Kissimmee, Scottish Rite and York Rite bodies,
    Bahia Shrine Temple, Orlando, Kissimmee Elks Lodge # 1873, Silver Spurs Club, Jacob Summerlin Camp #1516, Sons of Confederate Veterans.

  • Emmi A. Vasquez
    Emmi A. Vasquez, Office Manager/Secretary

    Emmi was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to Kissimmee in 2002 from New Orleans, LA. She has been in the funeral business since 1998. Emmi is bilingual and assists with those families who prefer to speak spanish. She attends Holy Cross Catholic Church, she is married with two children and enjoys spending time with them.

  • Jean Thompson
    Jean Thompson, Pre-Need Sales Counselor

    Jean Thompson was born in Fond du Lac, WI. and is a graduate of St. Cloud High School. She has been married to Roger Thompson since 1964. Jean has worked tirelessly along side of Roger since they purchased the Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home in 1967. While working in the funeral home, Jean was also a Branch Manager, Assistant Vice-President for First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Osceola County. Jean is a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and a Eucharistic Minister. She was a past secretary of the Osceola Hiogh School Kowboy Booster Club. Jean also volunteered in many school programs in the Central Ave. Elementary School, Beaumont Middle School and Osceola Hiogh School. Jean was also named Oasis Volunteer of the Year. She had been an integral part of the funeral home for many years, Jean currently assist Roger and the entire staff of Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home by providing Pre-Arrangement Services to all the families we serve. Jean and Roger have two daughters, Cynthia and Cheryl who graduated form Osceola High School. Jean is also the proud grandmother of three grandchildren.

  • Mary Kelly
    Mary Kelly, Ambassador

    Mary is from Indianapolis, IN and moved to St. Cloud in 2005 from Ft. Myers, FL. She joined the staff of Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home in 2008 and enjoys the people she meets through her work of helping others. She is a voulunteer for Meals on Wheels, Samaritan Hospice and is currently on the Board of Directors at Sugarmill Mobile Home Park in St. Cloud, Fl. She is a protestan by faith, and believes her faith has allowed her to help others during a difficult time in their lives.

  • Robin Lueck
    Robin Lueck, Ambassador

    Robin is a native of Kissimmee, FL. She is a 1962 graduate of St. Cloud High School and a 1965 Graduate of Orange Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Orlando, FL. She retired from nursing in 2000 and has been part of our staff at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home for over seven years. She wanted to come to work at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home after retiring form nursing so she could continue to help those in need. She enjoys traveling, quilting and is a avid University of Florida Gator Fan. She enjoys spending time with her two children, grandchildren and many friends.

  • Fred Driskill
    Fred Driskill, Ambassador

    Fred is orginally from Morgan City, Louisiana. He moved to Central Florida in 1970 after his discharge from the U.S. Air Force and then moved to St. Cloud in 1991. Fred joined the staff of Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home in 2008 as an ambassador. He is a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in St. Cloud, FL where he serves as an usher and greeter. Fred also belongs to two Bible Study Fellowship groups at Cornerstone Baptist Chruch. Fred is active in the Osceola County community by delivering meals for Meals on Wheels for the Council on Aging for the past ten years in the Kissimmee area. Fred enjoys helping and serving families at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, he finds it a blessing to help comfort and console those who have lost a loved one.
    Fred is always ready to help. Fred hobbies include scuba diving and walking the lakefront in St. Cloud.

  • Teresa Bernal
    Teresa Bernal, Ambassador

    Teresa joined the staff at Conrad & Thompson Fuenral Home in 2009. She was born in Bogota, Columbia and moved to the United States in 1964. She has lived in Florida since 1978 and in Kissimmee since 1981. She was a professional banker in the Kissimmee area for over 24 years. She attended Valencia Community College, Orlando Campus for her studies in Principals of Banking. Teresa has been a active blood doner since 1972 and is a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Kissimmee where she volunteers on a regular basis. She has two children and two grandchildren.

  • Teresa M. Beverly
    Teresa M. Beverly, Community Service Director

    Born in Williamson, West Virginia, Teresa moved with her family from Charleston, West Virginia to Kissimmee in 1963. She is a graduate of Osceola High School and a member of New Day Baptist Church. For many years she was active in the hospitality industry as Administrative Assistant for Rodeway Inns. In 1993 she joined her husband, Jerry, in the funeral industry serving as a Family Service Counselor, Community Services Director and Sales Manager, Pre-need Arrangements. She joins the team at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home with 18 years of experience as Community Services Director/Pre-need Arrangements.
    Being an active member of the community, Teresa enjoys working with the Osceola County Council on Aging, RSVP Advisory Council/Volunteers, Educational Foundation-A Gift For Teaching/Kids Closet, OASIS, Help Now of Osceola, Veterans Tribute Museum, Veterans Organizations, Alzheimer’s Walk, Hospices and many other organizations
    As a licensed Florida Pre-need Sales Agent, Teresa will be available to assist families in making end-of-life decisions in a calm and rational atmosphere. Pre-planning your funeral should be a natural part of a well-tended life. No one should have to make these decisions for you. Providing for those you care about with a gift of love. Pre-planning will give you and your family greater peace-of-mind.
    Teresa enjoys walking, scrapbooking and spending time with family/friends.
