Albert Anduha Santiago, age 89, died peacefully with his family by his side on August 26, 2018 in Kissimmee, Florida. Albert was born on August 22, 1929 to John R. Santiago and Josephine Anduha Santiago in Honolulu, HI. He was Platoon Sergeant in the US Army serving in Vietnam and Korea receiving a Purple Heart, 6 bronze stars, 3 silver stars; as well as being recognized for multiple National honors. He was also a carpenter for the Carpenter’s Union Local 1905 in HI. And Fl. including helping to build Spaceship Earth at Epcot part of Walt Disney World Resort. He was also a proud member of the VFW, the DAV, & the American Legion. He was also a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
Albert is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Alice Hughes Santiago; Sons, Ramon Santiago, Albert Santiago; Daughters, Leolani Kline (Robert) and Helena Santiago; Grandfather of 10.
A memorial service with full military honors will be held on September 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM at CONRAD AND THOMPSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES 511 Emmett St Kissimmee, FL 34741. (407) 847-3188
