Anna Margaret Hale

Anna Margaret Hale, of St. Cloud, FL, died April 6, 2020. She was the daughter of John and Theresa Goodwin, and sister to Marie Belzner, Catherine Schlogel, Cora Green, Doris Francis and John Goodwin and was born in Baltimore, Maryland July 16, 1926. She was a loving wife to Charles Edward Hale for 48 happy years and had two children she cherished with all her heart, Charlene Ann Moltz and Charles Hale Sr. She will now join her husband, daughter, son, parents and siblings in heaven as she passed away peacefully Monday morning, April 6th. She is survived by her grandchildren Jo-Ann Moltz, Ron Alhambra (her honorary grandson), Tammy Dolson, Angela Floyd, Jennifer Wilcox, Gina Manear, Jessica McGee and Charles Hale Jr, son-in-law William Moltz, daughter-in-law Rhonda Hale, her 11 great grandchildren and her niece Joyce Goodwin Hertsch.
Anna had a tremendous passion for life. She loved her family and friends deeply and children of all ages. In addition to being a proud homemaker, she retired from the Baltimore County School System where she worked as a School Food Service Assistant ensuring all children were able to receive meals.

Anna had spirit and smile like no other. She was respectful of all people and taught us to accept everyone just the way they were. She was kind-hearted, fun loving, quick witted, generous and loved to learn through reading. She expressed her gratitude to others frequently by letting them know “You’re an angel.” She always stood for what was right and would let you know if you were not, that she would gladly “paddle your dupa!”

She will always be remembered for her big “Anna Hale smile” that could uplift anyone, a devoted member of the Catholic church, loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She loved singing, dancing, the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD and Marty’s Playland, walking, riding her trusty 3 wheeler, adventures with friends, slot machines, bingo and ice cream!
Anna Hale will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A private visitation will be held at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home in Kissimmee, FL on Monday. A private church service will be held on Tuesday, April 14th at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church., St. Cloud, Florida. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
