Apolinar Diaz’s (Polin’s) dedication to his family will be remembered long after his passing. Polin passed away on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 at 5:00am after experiencing heart failure upon contracting COVID-19. He is survived by his wife Julia M. Diaz, his children Xiomara M. Jaen, Apolinar Diaz, Apolinar C. Diaz, Mildred M. Diaz, his grandchildren Jesua V. Jaen, Julia M. Jaen, Amanda M. Lander, Melanie D. Cummings, Megan J. Krieger, Hannah R. Diaz, Emily S. Diaz, Jeremy M. Rodriguez, Daniel A. Diaz, Brandi E. Rivera, and his two great-grandchildren Kaiden L. & Anastasia E. Rivera as well as many friends.
Polin was happiest with his family, playing dominoes, working on cars at the shop, and lounging on the beautiful beaches of Dominican Republic. He loved his kids and grandkids, he was devoted to his family, and was very industrious. He even brought all his brothers, sisters, and in-laws to the states and opened his home to them until they were able to get on their feet. He prided himself on being there for his family no matter what. He always put family first. His family will strive to honor his memory by living their lives to the fullest.
Visitation is Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 1:00PM - 3:00PM at CONRAD & THOMPSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 511 Emmett Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34741
