Beniard Owen "Benny" Lunsford

Beniard Owen Lunsford “Benny”, 60 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away on Monday, August 3, 2020. A member of a Pioneer Osceola County family, Benny was born in Kissimmee, the son of Steve and Faye Lunsford, and was a lifelong Osceola County resident. Benny graduated from Osceola High School. While completing he’s 12th year of high school, Benny was a dayworker for the Overstreets Ranch. Benny’s passion was livestock, from working cows, to breaking colts. He did it all. By the age of thirty Benny fathered two daughters, volunteering at Suhls Rodeo, helping with anything he could as his daughters competed. Benny worked as a diesel mechanic and bull hauler.

Benny is survived by his daughters Lillian Lunsford and Stephanie Lunsford. Grandchildren: Bailey, Jackson, Forrest and Axton. Brother: Steve Lunsford. Nephews: Justin Lunsford and Ryan Lunsford. Uncles: Roy Stevens, Pete Stevens, Bobby Stevens. Aunts: Gail Houston, Lucille Neely.
Proceeded in death by John Stevens and Sharon Bradley.
The family will receive friends Monday, August 17th, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Conrad and Thompson Funeral Home in Kissimmee, FL.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 18th at 11:00 A.M. at Conrad and Thompson Funeral home with the Pastor Jack Pate, New Day Baptist Church, Kissimmee, officiating. Interment to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. 
Active casketbearers will be: Kyle Tomlinson, Roger Danforth, Stevie Lunsford, Ryan Lunsford and Justin Lunsford.
