Clarence Lester “Larry” Gibson, 79 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022. Larry was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico the son of Pula Mendez Gibson, he moved to Central, Florida in 2003 from Marietta, Georgia. He was a retired Dispatch Manager and a Catholic by faith. Larry was also a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving his country with Honor and Distinction during the Vietnam War.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Margaret Louise Hinton Gibson of Kissimmee, Florida; his
daughter: Catherine Crook and her husband Larry of Jasper, Georgia; his brother: Johnny Gibson of the
Florida Keys; his sisters Susie Kerr and her husband Ted of the Villages, Florida and Cielo Gibson of Ashville, North Carolina.
A Service to Celebrate the Life of Clarence Lester “Larry” Gibson will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022
at 2:00 P.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home with
Dave Cunningham as celebrant. Graveside services for Larry will be on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 11:00 A.M.
