It is with profound sadness that the family of Concepcion Javier announce that she has been called home to the Lord at 6:36 am on August 17, 2020 in Kissimmee, Florida at the age of 78 years.
Visitation will be held on August 22, 2020 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Conrad and Thompson Funeral Home at 511 Emmett Street Kissimmee, Florida. A service will immediately follow at 6:00 pm with the Deacon Manuel Rodriguez of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, officiating.
Concepcion was born in the Philippines to Antonio and Esther Macadangdang on December 8, 1941. She married Jose Javier on April 28, 1967 in Manila, Philippines. She attended the University of the Philippines Integrated School and the University of the Philippines College of Home Economics. Understanding the importance of guiding children in their formative years, Chit dedicated 22 years of her life teaching at Juan Sumulong High School. “Ma’am Chit” as her students fondly called her, was a tough and devoted teacher who made her students believe that they can always do more and can always strive to be better.
Concepcion enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and her grandpuppies. Her life’s devotion to family and faith was her favorite topic among her friends at Holy Redeemer church. Concepcion will always be remembered as a strong, loving wife, mom, sister and friend who always puts other’s needs first. Her easy smile and amazing sense of humor made her gain the love and adoration of many.
She is the devoted wife of 53 years to Jose Javier; the loving mother to her children and their spouses, Paul and Donna Javier, Rodney and Claire Javier, Dennis and Haide Javier, Jennifer Maddox and Brian Cummings; the caring sister to her brothers Wally Macadangdang, Enrique Macadangdang, Al Macadangdang; and to her sisters Carmelita Passe, and Hazel Macadangdang; She is also the fun and adoring grandmother to Denise Angel Javier, Blake Maddox, and Chayton Javier.
Memorials may be given to Conrad Thompson Funeral Home 511 Emmett St. Kissimmee, Florida 34741. PLEASE Remember at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, because of the recent pandemic, necessary precautionary measures will need to be taken, SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE REQUIRED as well as WEARING A FACE MASK at the funeral home.
