Crawford Seaborne Murray Jr, 64 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 28, 2019. Crawford was born on November 18, 1955 in Augusta, Georgia. He was the son of Crawford Sr. and Agnes Murray. He moved to Kissimmee in 1970 with this family at the age of 14. He then attended Osceola High School where he met lifelong friends and then later started his family. He lived in Kissimmee until 1998, when he moved to St. Petersburg for a new job opportunity. He later returned to his “home town” of Kissimmee in 2009. Crawford started his career as a surveyor and then worked in the rental car industry primarily with Dollar and then later with Hertz, where he retired in 2018. He was also a member of the DeMolay International, and was a Christian by faith.
Crawford is survived by his loving wife of 19 years: Helena Murray of Kissimmee, Florida; his mother: Agnes Murray of St. Petersburg, Florida; his son: Crawford S. Murray III of Tampa, Florida; his daughter: Camala Murray of Dunedin, Florida; his brother Keith Murray of St. Petersburg, Florida; his sisters: Darlene Davis of St. Petersburg, Florida and Karla Kahle of St. Petersburg, Florida; and one grandchild, Ameyria. He enjoyed being an uncle to two nephews and one niece. Crawford also had the privilege of being step father to Helena’s children; Claudio Roncatti, Fernanda Roncatti, Mariana Sato, all of Sao Paulo, Brazil, as well as step grandfather to 6 grandchildren in Brazil. Crawford was preceded in death by his father, Crawford, S. Murray Sr. and his son, Colby.

A Memorial Celebration of Life Service for Crawford Seaborne Murray Jr. will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 5:30 P.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, 511 Emmett Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34741: 407-847-3188.
