Cruz Maria Rodriguez Wallace, 92 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at home with her loving family by her side. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Felipe Rodriguez and Rafaela Irizarry. She moved to Kissimmee in 1985 from Puerto Rico and was a homemaker, A member of the Makinson-Carson Post 10 American Legion Auxiliary, Kissimmee, Florida, A Life member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, Life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 4225, Kissimmee, Florida. She was also a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Auxiliary #4048, Kissimmee, Florida and a member of the Elks Club in Kissimmee. Mary was a catholic by faith.
Mary is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Delbert Ray (Wally) Wallace of Kissimmee, Florida; sons: David Montalvo (Margie) of Ft. Myers, Florida, Raul Montalvo of Orange Port, Florida, Delbert Ray Wallace Jr. of Gatlinberg, Tennessee and Reverend David M. Wallace (Kimberley) of Kenansville, Florida;
daughter: Tammy Ann Wallace (Dale Erhart) of Atchison, Kansas; sister: Maria Quascut of Penuelos, Puerto Rico; 17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home. A Service to Celebrate the Life of Cruz Maria Rodriguez Wallace will be held at 11:00 A.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson, 511 Emmett Street, Kissimmee, Florida with Reverend David M. Wallace officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Florida.
