David J. Harvey, 68 of St. Cloud, passed away Wednesday, August, 30, 2017. A member of a Pioneer Osceola County family, David was born in St. Cloud the son of Andrew Harvey and CoraLee Yates Harvey and was a lifelong Osceola County resident. David worked as a ranch hand and raised his children on the Y River Ranch in Kenansville and was a Baptist. David loved outdoor activities. His hobbies included hunting and fishing. He loved to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee each morning and enjoyed working in his yard. David was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Survivors included wife Marguerite Harvey; three sons: David (Pamela) Harvey, Bobby Harvey and Richard (Kristy) Harvey all from St. Cloud; daughter Tina (Walt) Harvey Bagley of Kissimmee; brother Ralph Harvey of Holopaw; three sisters, Wanda Harvey Little, Bea (JR) Harvey Gonzales and Nancy Harvey Simons all from St. Cloud.; twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services for David will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 2, 2017, at First Missionary Baptist Church in Kenansville with the Reverend Jamie Brothers, officiating. Interment to follow at Kenansville Cemetery.
Active casketbearers will be Tony Harvey, Jack Jernigan, Gains Redman, Walt Bagley, Jr. Gonzales and Rango Harmon.
Visitations will be one hour prior to service time in the church (10 A.M.-11 A.M.)
