Debbie was born in Winter Haven, Florida to Joseph K. Dodd and Marie (Pullins) Mitchem, on November 20, 1969. She passed on November 10, 2019 at Cornerstone Hospice in Orlando after a brief illness. She was 49 years old. Growing up, Debbie lived throughout the United States, but Florida always had her heart. She moved back to Florida where she met her fiance in 2005, Steven Wilkins. While living in Florida, she worked as a waitress and cashier. She loved her family and friends, she enjoyed listening to music and being on social media.
Deborah is survived by her fiance, Steven Wilkins of Orlando, Florida and his father Jerry; her parents: Joseph K. Dodd (Lisa) of Orlando, Florida Marie (Pullins) Mitchem of Mississippi; her children: Deborah Cecere of Lakeland, Florida and her daughter, John Cecere Of New Jersey, Charlotte Hannon of New Jersey, Wendy Gilmore of Mississippi and her daughter; her sisters: Kattina Parker (Greg Martin) of Orlando and her three children, Jessica Cummings (Stephen) of St. Cloud, Florida and her two children, Jonnie Bailey of Kissimmee, Florida and her three girls; her brothers: Joseph Dodd Jr. of Gainesville, Florida, Kelly Rayburn of Connecticut and his son Will.
Deborah will be greatly missed by all who have known her. She will now sit in Heaven to watch over us. Until we meet again Debbie. We love and miss you greatly.
A Memorial service will be held in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 11:00 A.M.
