Dorothy Jean Brown

Dorothy Jean Brown, 86 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Dorothy was born in Holmes County, Florida the daughter of Curtis Eugene and Ruby Estelle Payne Whitaker. She moved to Kissimmee, Florida in 1960 from Holmes County, She was a retired nurse and a member of the Red Hill United Methodist Church and also attended the First United Methodist Church of Kissimmee.

Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of 67 years Dolphus N. Brown of Kissimmee, Florida; her son: Michael Brown of Kissimmee, Florida; her daughter: LaMonda Bibeau and her husband Rhys of St. Cloud, Florida; her brother: Kenneth Whitaker of Shalimar, Florida; her sisters: Mildred Howell of Orlando, Florida and Sarah Quinn and her husband James of Winter Garden, Florida; two grandchildren: Alex Bibeau and Colin Brown.

The Brown family will receive friends on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 2:00 P.M (Central Time) at the Red Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery, in Bonifay, Florida with Reverend Roger Whitaker officiating.
