Edward John Miller, age 71, of Kissimmee, FL, passed away at his home on June 22, 2021. He was born on December 7, 1949 to Edward and Dorothy Miller in Yonkers, NY.
Ed was an avid golfer and a member at the Oaks National Golf Course in Kissimmee where he and his beloved wife felt like, and were treated like family. They looked forward to playing three days a week, usually joined by their golfing partner and friend Fred. Ed was especially happy when his son Brian would come down from NYC and join them at his home course. Brian would sometimes even convince him to play at one of the near by fancy "big" resort courses. Ed even once hit an elusive hole in one.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Donna Miller of Kissimmee, FL; (the twins) son Brian Miller of New York City; daughter Michele Venturini as well as son-in-law Tony Venturini of Fayetteville, NC and of course Ed's beloved buddy “Ralphie”.
Ed was predeceased by his parents Skip and Dot and his brothers Jimmy and Bobby. He is also survived by his sisters Patti and Jeanne.
Per Ed's wishes, no services are scheduled. Inurnment will be at a later date in Rose Hill Memorial Park in Putnam Valley, NY. Because Ed loved his dog so dearly and his buddy was by his side til the very end, the family suggest donations in Ed and Ralphie's name, lieu of flowers, to your local Animal Shelter or Humane Society of your choosing.
