Elizabeth Ann Rutland, 65 of Kissimmee, passed away Monday, February 17, 2020. She was born in Cooperstown, New York in 1954 the daughter of Russell Koval and Mary E. Homkey and was a Catholic. Elizabeth moved from New York to Kissimmee in 1996. She went to nursing school to earn her bachelors degree as a Registered Nurse.

Survivors include her loving husband Donald P. Rutland; brothers: Mike Koval and Gary Koval and one sister: Nadine Koval.
