Elizabeth Ann Sheehan born March 22, 1959 and passed away on January 12, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born and spent her life in Central Florida.
Some knew her as daughter, sister, wife, aunt, friend and mother but her most important name was Nana. Even her children accepted the fact she loved her grandsons more than the rest of us. Elizabeth is survived by husband Randy Sheehan, parents Walter and Ann Hurst, sister Barbara (Steve) Stratton, brothers Jeff (Kim) Hurst and Wally (Joyce) Hurst, her children Philip (Leigh-Ann) Eaton, Amanda (Chase) Singleton and Ryan Eaton, nieces Laura (Michael) Vasquez and family, Taylor Hurst and family, Brooke Hurst, Emma Hurst, nephew Randy (Audrey)Hurst and family. Last but certainly not least, the lights of her life, her grandsons Maddux and Liam Singleton.
When her six year old grandson was asked what do you think of when you think of nana? His answer “she is my best friend”. She was that role for countless people. Hiking companion through the Grand Canyon, tour guide extraordinaire for friends at Walt Disney World, planner of every detail, keeper of secrets and advice giver for many. There is not a doubt in my mind that those that knew her well would call her a great lady. Her smiles, her hugs and thoughtfulness will be missed beyond words until we are all united again.
