Geraldine Derossett

Geraldine Derossett, 78 of Kissimmee, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021. A member of a Pioneer Osceola County Family she was born in Kissimmee the daughter of the late Claude L. Smith and Evelyn Whitington Smith and was a lifelong Osceola County resident. She was a homemaker and a member of the Light House Baptist Church, Intercession City, Florida.
When she was able to get out and about Gerry spoke to everyone, she never met a stranger. If you were lucky enough to know Gerry she would of had a special  name for you and would only called you by that name. Gerry loved all of her family and friends deeply. She was deeply affected by the loss of her mama Evelyn. Gerry loved to work on crossword puzzles, cross stich and painting.
Survivors included daughter: Bonnie (Byron) O'Neal, two grandchildren: Monica O'Neal and Byron O'Neal Jr.
Graveside funeral services for Geraldine will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Kissimmee, with the Reverend Jeremiah Whiting of Light House Baptist Church, Officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
