Pastor Jack W. Pate, 66 of Kissimmee Florida went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, August 27, 2021. Jack was born in Pelham, Georgia and moved to Kissimmee, Florida 53 years ago from Thomasville, Georgia. Growing up in Osceola County, Jack attended Osceola High School and then received an associate degree from Valencia College in Kissimmee. Jack was the founding and current Pastor of New Day Baptist Church in Kissimmee, Florida. He retired from Kisselback Ford in Saint Cloud, Florida and had previously worked for Starling Chevrolet in Kissimmee as well as Coggin Chevrolet in Orlando, Florida. Jack worked his way up through Corrections and retired as a Commander with the Osceola County Sheriff's office

Jack is survived by the love of his life, his loving wife of 45 years, Brenda McCoy Pate of Kissimmee, Florida; his daughters: Chrystie Pate Schenk and her husband Benjamin of Kissimmee, Florida, Misty Pate Armstrong and her husband Trent of Columbus, Mississippi; his son: Scott Warren Pate and his wife Abigail of Kissimmee, Florida; his grandchildren: Kauhlin Pate and Madison Ann Schenk; and his great grandson Levi Alexander Pate; sister: Leslie Sanders; brothers: John Pate III and his wife Brigitte, Michael Pate and his wife Tonya, Tommy Pate and his wife Holly, Tracy Pate and his wife Lorrie, William Pate and his wife Dawn; Jack was preceded in death by his brother Robert Sanders

A Memorial Celebration for Pastor Jack W. Pate will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at the Kissimmee lakefront by the Lighthouse with Pastor Kee Lollis officiating. Due to the recent pandemic and to protect the safety of our family and friends, the Pate family respectfully request that face mask should be worn at the service. The Pate family request that Jack’s legacy should be one of Love and Compassion and can be made by thanking a First Responder for their service and devotion to helping those in need in our community.
