Jakob Allan Mattern

Jakob Allan Mattern, 28 of Saint Cloud, Florida passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021. He was born in Kissimmee, Florida, the son of Jeffrey and Kaye Denmark Mattern. Jakob was a life-long resident of Osceola County and was a Hospital Equipment Engineering Technician at Osceola Regional Medical Center in Kissimmee. He was a 2018 graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he enjoyed kayaking, going to the beach, he loved to build things, was a great mechanic, always working on his car, and of course, loved music.

Jakob is survived by his parents: Jeffrey and Kaye Mattern of Saint Cloud, Florida; his sister: Heidi Mattern of Orlando, Florida; his paternal grandparents: Richard Kenneth and Eula Mae Mattern of Kissimmee, Florida, his partner in life: Tiffany Baker of Saint Cloud, Florida, also many other family members, including aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Wilder of the First Baptist Church of Kissimmee, officiating.
