Jeanette Marie Bass

Jeanette Marie Vickers Bass, 82 of Kissimmee, Florida, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023. A member of a Pioneer Osceola County Family. She was born in Kissimmee the daughter of Ellis Vickers and Rose Collins Vickers and was a lifelong Osceola County residence. She was a retired employee of Eckerd's Drugs and a member of the Campbell City Baptist Church. Jeanette was avid sports fan.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Amon Bass. A son Gregory Scott Bass, daughter Carla Yvonne Bass and grandson Christopher Lilly. Sisters: Mamie(Lee) Warren, Essie Bryant, Effie(Vicki) Bronson, Katherine Bronson and Juanita Congdon; Brother: James Vickers.
She is survived by her son: Michael Bass of Kissimmee, Fl., daughter: Lori Rutledge of Davenport, FL. her sister: Rosa O'Neill of Haines City, Fl. , eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 3, 2023 at the Campbell City Baptist Church, 4463 Bryan Avenue, Kissimmee, FL. 34746, with the Reverend Danny Strickland Officiating. Interment to follow at Kenansville Cemetery in Kenansville, Florida. Visitation will be one hour (10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.) prior to service time. Active casketsbearers will be Mitchell Bass, Doug Bronson, Eddie Congdon, Ronald McDonald, Brian Peavey and Drew Rutledge.
