Jerry grew up in Kendallville, IN then moved to Kissimmee Fl in1989. He graduated from East Noble High School, class of 1968. Jerry loved to race cars from a young age, often times getting into a little trouble for street racing in town. He was a dedicated Nascar fan, enjoying any race he could watch or attend. He also loved working on his cars. He was always under the hood; often times teaching the young people in the neighbor hood how to do things from changing the oil to rebuilding a motor.
Jerry loved to laugh. His deep bellow could be heard for blocks. He was always good for a joke. Jerry had many friends from all walks of life. He never met a stranger. He was kind caring and compassionate. He was always willing to help his friends when needed. He was a loyal friend, still in contact with many friends he grew up with. They could all share stories and without question, they would make you smile or laugh.

Jerry loved his dogs. A proud fur father to 6 chihuahuas. They were his little babies. He would do anything for them.

Jerry liked to build models. He would spend so much time painting all the little intricate parts to make it look as close to the real thing as possible. He entered his models into contest and often won. His work was even showcased in model magazines. Always Nascar race cars. He would showcase his creations in lit cases in his home. He was very proud of them.

Jerry is survived by many friends and family. His memory will live on, his jokes will continued to be told, his smile never forgotten.
