Joseph Edward "Joey" Mancillas Jr., 21 of St. Cloud, Florida passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018. He was born in Kissimmee, Florida and has been a lifelong resident of Osceola County and graduated from Harmony High School. Joey was a mechanic for J.M.H.C and a protestant by faith.

Joey is survived by his mother: Lisa Kerrigan of St. Cloud, Florida; father: Robert Almandinger of St. Cloud, Florida; brother: Luke Mancillas of St. Cloud, Florida; sisters: Bonnie Hussey of St. Cloud, Florida, Heather Rorrer of St. Cloud, Florida, Kasee Rorrer of St. Cloud, Florida. Joey was preceded in death by his sister Kristen in 2013.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Joseph Edward "Joey" Mancillas Jr. will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home.
