Jovida Ann "Jo" Fletcher, 77 of Kissimmee, passed away Monday, June 5, 2017. She was born in Lacoochee, Florida (Pasco County), the daughter of Earl Campbell and Gertrude Jones Campbell and was a lifelong Osceola County resident. "Jo" was a retired staff writer after 30 years of service with the Orlando Sentinel, Kissimmee office and was Baptist. Jo was also the author of "Reminiscing in the Valley of the Tohopekaliga" and "More Reminiscing in the Valley of the Tohopekaliga" interesting facts about the early days of Osceola County.

Survivors include: husband Henry L. Fletcher of Kissimmee, FL.; son, Mike Fletcher of Kissimmee, FL.; grandsons, Cody Fletcher of St. Cloud, FL. and Jake Fletcher of Altamonte Springs, FL.

Graveside services for "Jo" will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 9, 2017 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Kissimmee, FL. with the Pastor Jack Pate officiating.
Visitation for friends will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel, Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home.
