Marlene Anne Forrest

Marlene Anne Forrest, 62 of Houston, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023. She was born in Kingston, Jamaica the daughter of Wilfred and Sybil Forrest. She moved to Houston in 2010 from Kissimmee, Florida. Marlene was a T.S.A officer for the Department of Homeland Security. She was also an active member of the Clearwater Baptist Church in Houston.

Marlene is survived by her daughter: Simone Wilson of Houston, Texas; her brother: Wilfred Leighton Forrest and his wife Joan of Atlanta, Georgia; her sisters: Sybil Onyemem of Manchester, England, Sydna Denior of Kingston, Jamaica, Lilieth Brown and her husband Paul of Queens, New York; and Shearon Forrest of Kissimmee, Florida; her grandson: Aaron Forrest Wilson of Houston, Texas.

A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Marlene Ane Forrest will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. in the Sanctuary at the First Baptist Church of Kissimmee, 1700 John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, Florid 34741 with Pastor Tim Wilder officiating. Interment will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery, 1615 Old Boggy Creek Road, Kissimmee, Florida 34741.
