Survivors include mother Barbara "Bobbie" Patrick of Georgia; brother: John Patrick of Georgia and sister: Sherry Baughn Patrick of Kissimmee, Fl.
A celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 27, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Ralph V. Chisholm Regional Park, 4700 Chisholm Park Trail, St. Cloud, FL 34771 with the pastor Jay Avant of Mill Town Cowboy Church, officiating.
