Monserrate Lopez, 90 of Brooklyn, New York passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 18, 2019. She was born in Coamo, Puerto Rico and has lived in New York for over 60 years. She was a retired caregiver and a member of the Penticostal Church.

Monserrate is survived by her sons: Ismeal Lopez of Brooklyn, New York, George David Lopez (Yvette) of Queens, New York; daughters: Marilyn Lopez (Elias Carabello) of Kissimmee, Florida and Heidi Torres of Kissimmee, Florida; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Monserrate will be Laid to Rest at Rose Hill Cemetery Kissimmee,Florida.
