Neil William Hurley, 90 of Saint Cloud, Florida passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 2, 2021. He was born in Beardsley, Minnesota the son of Salvester W. and Valeria E. Sandmeyer Hurley. He moved to Osceola County in 1970 from Dover Air Force Base, Dover Delaware. Neil was a retired Osceola County fire fighter and a Veteran of the United States Air Force serving his country with Honor and Distinction during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam wars. Neil was also a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Kissimmee, Florida and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Saint Cloud, Florida.
Neil is survived by his son, Paul Hurley of Saint Cloud, Florida. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Viola Rice Hurley in 2018 and his daughter Karen Hurley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 700 Brown Chapel Road, Saint Cloud, Florida 34769 with Father Derek Saldanha as celebrant.
