Norma Deskins Pratt, 90 of St. Cloud, Florida passed away peacefully on Monday, April 15, 2019. She was born in Louisa, Kentucky the daughter of George Washington and Beatrice Damron Sparks. She moved to St. Cloud, Florida in 1962 from Huntington, West Virginia. Norma was a retired Bank Teller and a baptist by faith.

Norma is survived by her sons: Robert Deskins of St. Cloud, Florida, David Deskins (Holly) of Ponte Vedra, Florida, Scott Deskins of Palmetto, Florida; daughter: Judith Kinner (Robert) of St. Cloud, Florida; brothers:Joe, Jimmy, Raymond and Ben; sisters: Beulah, Nancy and Mildred; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Norma was preceded in death by her beloved husband James Robert Deskins, her son: Patrick, her brother: Douglas and her sisters: Virginia, Anne, and Nora.
