Robert Leon Parke (Bob), 79, of Saint Cloud, Florida, retried Manager, Logistic Services for Vista-United Telecommunications. Family surrounded him in prayers and spirit as he went to meet The Lord Jesus Christ April 6, 2020.

He was born on Aug. 28, 1940, in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Edwin Gager Parke, Sr. who died April 28, 1983 and Alice Elizabeth (Servis) Parke who died Oct. 17, 1998.

He spent 39 years in New Jersey before moving to Kissimmee, FL in 1979 and then to Saint Cloud, FL in 1989. He was a faith-filled member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Saint Cloud, serving as a Eucharistic Minister from 1992 -2019 and assisting in a number of other church functions.

Left to cherish his memory, his loving and devoted wife of 53 years Geraldine R. (Pavlick) Parke, two daughters Cheryl L. Heineman of St. Cloud, FL and Tracy A. Pullen of Magnolia, TX and a son, David S. Parke, of Pittsboro, NC; One son-in-law William Pullen and a daughter-in-law Alanna K. Parke; Five grandsons, Korey S. and Jason T. Heineman active military, Sean Robert and Bryce C. Pullen of Magnolia, TX, Cody J. Parke of Pittsboro, NC, two granddaughters, Allie K. Parke of Pittsboro, NC, and Eryn R. Pullen of Magnolia, TX; one great granddaughter, One brother Edwin G. Parke, Jr. of Bernville, PA and two sisters Jean Stewart of Kissimmee, FL and Edie Dichiara of Jackson, SC; Sister-in-laws, Janice Buzinkai wife of the late Stephen Buzinkai of Bayonne, NJ, Mary Jane Parke of Oradell, NJ, wife of late brother John P Parke, Mrs. Abbe Pavlick of Maywood, NJ, and brother-in-laws Fred Dichiara of Jackson, SC and John Pavlick of Maywood, NJ; As well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Bob was preceded in death by his sister Alice Gardner, brother-in-law Robert Gardner, sister-in-law Mildred Parke, brother-in-law Douglas Stewart and nephew Douglas Stewart Jr. 

Mr. Parke was a Member of the following: Knight of Columbus #15357, Father Holmes Assembly #1951, Member and Trustee of the Parke Society, The Society of the Descendants of the Colonial Clergy, American’s First Families, The Winthrop Society, The Connecticut Society of Genealogists, Inc., New England Historic Genealogical Society, National Society Sons & Daughters of the Pilgrims, National Notary Association and the National Association of Purchasing Management, American Diabetes Association, Golden Ears Club of Walt Disney World Co. Central Florida, Browns Mills Improvement Association, Browns Mills, NJ, Board of Directors of Sawgrass at St. Cloud Homeowners Assoc., Inc., and Lifetime Honorary Member Florida Sheriffs Association. Mr. Parke was also Life Trustee of the Rebecca Wolfe Memorial Fund.

Celebration of life and funeral mass will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 28, 2020 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in St. Cloud, with the Father Kent Walker officiating.
