Robert Kelly Reed

Robert Kelly Reed, 63 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. He was born in Cambridge, Ohio the son of Sam and RuthReed and moved to Kissimmee, Florida at a young age. Kelly was a retired police officer for the Saint Cloud Police Department, a civilian employee for the Osceola County Corrections department and a Veteran of the United States Army attainng the rank of Sergeant and serving his country with honor and distinction. He was also a member of the Campbell City First Missionary Baptist Church.

Kelly is survived by his loving wife: Ethel M. Reed of Kissimmee, Florida; his son: Kenneth J. Reed and his wife Jessica of Kissimmee, Florida; his daughter: Jessica Leigh Hayes and her husband Daniel of Marlow, Oklahoma; his brothers: David Reed, John Reed and his wife Ann, Sam Alan Reed and his wife Teresa, Philip Reed; his sisters: Marydell Galloway and her husband Charles, Arletta Johnson, Janice Bates and her husband Harley, Renee Roe and her husband Bill, Rhonda Boney and her husband Lacy; and 9 grandchildren. Kelly was preceded in death by his parents Sam and Ruth Reed.

A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Campbell City First Missionary Baptist Church, 4463 Bryan Ave., Kissimmee, Florida 34746 with Pastor Danny Strickland officiating. Kelly will be laid to Rest at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida where he will be accorded Military Honors.
