Ronald A. Jubinville

December 5, 1930 ~ September 24, 2019 (age 88) 88 Years Old

Tribute

Ronald (Ron) A. Jubinville, 88 of Kissimmee, died suddenly surrounded by family on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, in his home in Kissimmee, Florida.  Ron was born on December 5, 1930 in Goffstown, NH and was the son of Arthur and Blanche (Forest) Jubinville.

Ron loved his family, life, outdoors and this country.  He was so proud when he climbed Mt. Washington with his son, Leo and nephew, Guy, at 44 years old.  In 1968 Ron and his wife, Flo, took the family camping for the first time and fell in love with the experience.  The family weekend and vacation camping trips started at that time. He took his family to Canada, Florida, weekends in New Hampshire and the Big Family Trip in 1972 to New Mexico, Utah, The Grand Canyon, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore then home.  At retirement, Ron and Flo spent several months traveling to Alaska in their RV, touring through Canada and the Western coastline before returning to their home in Kissimmee.

For many years after that, Ron and Flo would take their RV to New Hampshire and spend the summer months alternately parking at their two oldest children's homes, enjoying family get together's with their families, grandchildren, brothers and sisters.

When Ron and Flo finished their touring adventures, Ron focused his energies on wood crafts including working with his scroll saw to make intricate plaques, wooden flowers, children's puzzles, kissing giraffes, a working Ferris wheel as well as wooden toys for his great-grandchildren like Noah's Ark, a log cabin dollhouse and many more. These words do not adequately describe the magic he created with wood.

Ron is preceded in death by his wife, Fleurette (Flo) Jubinville. He is survived by his children: Denise Maher, of Nashua, NH; Leo and his spouse, Karen (Dow) of McGregor, TX; Robert  of Palm Bay, Florida; Marie Jubinville of Kissimmee, FL and Roger and his spouse, Rita (Roman) of Saint Cloud, FL; three grandchildren: Collin Maher and his spouse, Katherine; Meghan Colon and her spouse, Jeremy and Jeremy Jubinville and his spouse, Kristina; four great-grandchildren: Ronan Maher, Charlotte Maher, Maisie Colon and Elliana Jubinville.
