Rose Marie Tabor, 74

   Rose Tabor, known to friends as “RoRo or Rosie”, passed away on September 9, 2020 at the age of 74 years young.

   She was born December 4, 1945, in Chicago, Il to Albert and Hazel (Schreiber) Hofer.

   She attended Lindblum High School in Chicago, Il where she met her spouse to be, Talmadge “Red” Max Tabor. She loved to bowl and was friendly to everyone she met. There is nothing she wouldn't do for those she loved.

   She was happily married to “Red” on September 11, 1965 and raised two children, Timothy and Tammy.

   Rose held many jobs including Boy Scouts of America in West Suburban Council. There she worked in the office and also summer camp staff at Camp Mach-Kin-O-Siew. She retired from Walt Disney World, working in merchadising as a Team Lead in Epcot, from 2003 to 2010.

   She is survived by her sister Marilyn Jean Schneider, husband Talmadge Max Tabor, her two children Timothy (Grace) Tabor, Tammy (Joseph) Moletz, 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

   A family memorial service will be held at a later date.

   In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be sent to either Project Heal - Help to Eat Accept & Live www.theprojectheal.org or Cornerstone Hospice Foundation Inc https://web.cshospice.org/foundation/. Both organizations have either meant something to Rose or helped her and they both receive the highest rank among charities.
