William Joseph Haas

William "Bill" Haas, age 50 of Kissimmee, Florida went to be with the Lord, surrounded by his loving family on Friday, November 9, 2018. Bill was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 7, 1968 to Thomas Haas and Carolyn Haas (Rice). He was a giver, a dreamer, a doer, a creative spirit and an artist. Bill was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a graduate of the Ringling College of Art and Design, where he was past president of the A.S.B. Fraternity. He enjoyed a full career as an artist, doing what he loved to do. He was a proud member of the Walt Disney Animation Crew with Credits on Mulan, Tarzan, Brother Bear, Lilo and Stitch and other featured films like Titan A.E. and Curious George. Bill was also a skilled Caricature Artist and Graphic designer. Bill recently merged is love of nature and his artistic eye to create beautiful landscape photography which can be viewed at www.greenglaregallery.com. While at the Ringling college of Art and design, Bill met his wife Pamela (Piscopo), and they have just celebrated their 27 year of marriage.

Bill is survived by his loving wife Pamela of Kissimmee, Florida; their two talented children Rachel (Rae) Lynn Haas of Brooklyn, New York and Luke Haas of Kissimmee, Florida who will continue his legacy. Bill is also survived by his father, Thomas of Plantation, Florida; his brother, Todd Haas (Silvia) of Orlando, Florida; his brother-in-law, Frank Piscopo of St. Petersburg, Florida; his sister, Jeanne Haas (Patrick Shields) of Plantation, Florida; sister-in-law, Suzanne Hawley (Dan) of Sarasota, Florida; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Joanne and Michael Piscopo of Nokomis, Florida. Bill is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his mother Carolyn Haas, his brother Thomas Michael "Tommy" Haas and his sister-in-law Carolyn M. Piscopo.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, with a wake service at 7:30 P.M. A Mass to Celebrate the Life of William "Bill" Haas will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in the Devine Child Chapel at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1603 N. Thacker Ave., Kissimmee, Florida 34741 with Father Jorge Torres as Celebrant.
