I count it a privilege to have known Jackie and to have been a recipient of her goodness and her caring ways. Matt and Benny, as an adult, I have looked back to the days of growing up with the two of you and the times your Mom gave me both Christmas and birthday gifts, just as she did y'all. I was privileged to spend time as a child there in Booneville with your grandparents, Mr and Mrs Napier as well as Harry and Sharon. Though I was really young, I have those memories, and they are good ones. It wasn't expected or required of your mother to acknowledge me, yet she did it out of a kind heart. I was the outsider, but she didn't treat me as such. It has made quite the impression on me and I trust, that should I ever be faced with similar circumstances, I will be as gracious and kind to an innocent child as your sweet mother was to me. We have exchanged Christmas cards and pictures for years, and that is surely something I will miss. It's hard when you lose your momma, but rest in the knowledge that she is in a much better place than this old world! I will ever be greatful for the impression Jackie made on me at a very young age. I love y'all and will continue to pray for you and your families as you face the days ahead.

Sending prayers to Ms. Jackie's family- To Pa Ham, Benny and Pam, and Matt- your wife and mother was one of the most beautiful women I have ever known. She carried herself with such poise, grace, and radiance. She left a beautiful legacy for her family and friends to remember her by. My prayers also to all the grandchildren and great grandchildren for I know she was a wonderful Granny. Ms. Jackie will be truly missed, but we rejoice knowing she has life's race and she was welcomed home to the arms of Jesus. Proverbs 31:10
