Lawrence "Larry" Plunkett of Kissimmee, FL passed on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 surrounded by his family. Larry was born in New York City on July 11, 1925 and was raised in Bayonne, N.J.

He was a Navy veteran of WWII and was a retired insurance executive.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Kathleen (Rocks) Plunkett, and son Daniel Plunkett.
He is survived by his daughter Eileen Plunkett of Kissimmee; Grandson Geoffrey Blagdan of Kissimmee, Granddaughter Dana Blagdan and her fiance Brian Thurston of Oviedo as well as many nieces and nephews in New York, New Jersey and Illinois.

Please join us as we celebrate the incredible life of an amazing man. The Memorial Tribute to Larry will be held on Sunday, July 23 from 3:00 - 7:00 at the Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home,

A Funeral Mass of Chirstian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 24, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1603 Thacker Ave., Kissimmee, FL. A burial service with military honors will follow the Mass at the Cape Canaveral National Veteran's Cemetery Mims, FL at 1:00 PM.
